KSE-100 Achieves Historic Highest Closing Mark.

Karachi: The KSE-100 index reached a historic high, closing at 93,648 points with a gain of 357 points, after peaking at 728 points during the session. Trading volumes surged by 29% compared to the previous session, indicating strong market activity. The MACD has shown a bullish trend, trading above its signal line for 56 sessions, during which the local bourse has increased by 18.85% and fluctuated between a high of 94,020 and a low of 77,990 points.

According to AKD Securities Limited, the index’s chart suggests initial support near the 92,800-point mark, with potential weakness extending to 92,500 and 92,200 points if this support is breached. On the upside, resistance is anticipated initially around 94,000 points, with further targets at 94,600 and 95,000 points. Market participants are advised to focus on profit-taking strategies in light of these developments.
