According to JS Global, the index remains above the 30-day moving average, which currently serves as a support level at 178,946. A breach below this point could see the index targeting the 50-day moving average of 177,180. Conversely, any upward movement would encounter resistance between 182,000 and 182,350, with further gains potentially reaching 183,634, and the all-time high of 191,033. The firm advises investors to consider buying on dips, with the risk managed below the 30-day moving average. Current support and resistance levels stand at 180,638 and 182,165, respectively.
In individual stocks, International Steels Limited (ISL) is trading within a narrow range, with a recommended strategy of buying on dips targeting Rs90.32 and Rs95.85, with a stop loss at Rs86.21. Habib Bank Limited (HBL) is anticipated to resume its uptrend, with targets set at Rs332.33 and Rs337.33, and a stop loss at Rs321.70.
