According to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the turnover for regular market transactions stood at 877,558,587, down from 1,069,313,641 in the previous session, while the traded value increased to 58,594,473,354 from 49,155,101,680. The market capitalization rose slightly to 21,219,246,236,721 from 21,185,008,570,307. Despite a decrease in turnover, the overall market activity showed a positive trend, contributing to the gains observed in the indices.
Additionally, the Deferred Delivery Contracts (DFC) sector showed a slight decrease in turnover from 187,741,500 to 184,493,000, while the traded value increased from 10,405,177,230 to 11,946,351,020. No changes were reported in market capitalization for DFC and Off-the-Book Deals (ODL). The Contract for Difference (CSF) saw a decrease in both turnover and traded value. The day's trading session was marked by fluctuations, with the market reaching a high of 58,355.26 for KSE30 and 189,566.64 for KSE100, while the lows were 57,190.92 and 186,637.57, respectively.
