The KSE30 index ended at 52,185.07, showing an increase of 50.80 points, while the KSE100 index rose by 153.09 points to settle at 174,929.69.
According to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the trading session saw the KSE30 and KSE100 indices reaching highs of 52,441.30 and 175,796.25 respectively. The indices recorded lows at 52,157.40 and 174,893.68 during the session. The percentage change for the KSE30 was 0.10%, and 0.09% for the KSE100, indicating a stable market performance.
The market turnover in the Regular (REG) market increased to 627,446,899 from the previous session's 610,181,231. The traded value, however, showed a decline, dropping to 25,186,269,437 from 31,860,817,199. Market capitalization saw a slight increase, rising to 19,586,640,794,451 from 19,581,016,462,384. In the Deliverable Futures Contracts (DFC) segment, turnover and traded value both saw a decrease, while the Odd Lot (ODL) market also recorded a decline in activity.
