KSE Indices Surge as Trading Volume and Market Capitalization Increase

Karachi: The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) indices experienced significant gains on July 1, 2026, with notable increases in both turnover and market capitalization. The KSE30 index rose to 54,944.21, while the KSE100 reached 184,050.10, marking changes of 2.29% and 2.08%, respectively, from the previous trading day.

According to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the market turnover surged to 941,479,627 from 703,686,554, and the traded value increased to 57,093,419,654 from 38,812,516,660. The market capitalization also showed a substantial rise, reaching 20,540,923,382,073, up from 20,197,769,642,289. The daily highs for the KSE30 and KSE100 indices were recorded at 55,020.38 and 184,233.58, respectively, with lows of 53,801.89 and 180,565.84. These developments indicate a robust trading session, reflecting investor confidence and market optimism.
