According to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the market turnover saw a slight decrease, with 432,015,539 shares traded compared to the previous 441,898,222. However, the traded value experienced a substantial rise, climbing to 20,139,215,669 from 15,709,837,693. The market capitalization also showed growth, reaching 18,712,193,387,957 from the earlier 18,464,451,859,910.
The day's trading session saw the KSE30 reaching a high of 50,412.90 and a low of 49,449.57, while the KSE100 touched a high of 168,626.18 and a low of 165,651.68. The turnover for the DFC category increased to 125,121,000 from the previous 91,217,500, with a traded value rising to 7,168,812,785 from 4,552,427,705. The report indicates stability in the market with positive investor sentiment reflected in the increased indices and trading values.
