Lahore Chamber of Commerce Launches Dedicated Complaint Cell for Members

Lahore: The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI), under the leadership of its newly elected President Ali Hassam Asghar, has launched a specialized Complaint Cell designed to address and resolve members' issues efficiently. The initiative aims to enhance the Chamber's services by providing members with a structured platform to submit and track their business and administrative complaints.

According to Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Complaint Cell can be accessed through UAN 111-222-499, extensions 378 and 379, or via email at [email protected]. An automated system has been introduced for email complaints, whereby a ticket number is issued upon receipt, allowing members to monitor the progress of their complaints. Telephone complaints will also be registered by an LCCI representative, who will provide a complaint number and update members on their status.

LCCI President Ali Hassam Asghar, along with Senior Vice President Sardar Usman Ghani and Vice President Chaudhry Khadim Hussain, emphasized the importance of the Complaint Cell in delivering more organized and transparent services. They highlighted the Chamber's commitment to resolving members' issues as a priority and to improving communication mechanisms. The LCCI leadership encouraged members to utilize the Complaint Cell to ensure their issues are addressed promptly and effectively.
