Lahore: The Lahore Development Authority (LDA), under directives from Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz, has started the handover of residential and commercial plots in the Jinnah Sector (Blocks B, D, and E) of LDA City, beginning October 16, 2024. This move aims to provide relief to allottees who have been eagerly awaiting the possession of their plots.
According to Zameen.Com, the announcement made via the official LDA Facebook handle specifies that the available plots range from 1 to 2 kanals. The initiative is part of a broader effort to speed up development within LDA City, which will enable allottees to commence construction on their new homes.
The possession handover is anticipated to drive further development work in the area, facilitating improved infrastructure and housing development, crucial for accommodating Lahore’s growing population. This aligns with the government’s ongoing commitment to enhance urban planning and expand residential and commercial infrastructure in the region.
