Karachi: Meezan Bank has formed a partnership with Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) to offer enhanced travel-related benefits to its debit cardholders. This collaboration aims to provide a more convenient and seamless payment experience for customers booking flights with PIA.

According to Meezan Bank Limited, the agreement was signed by Dr. Syed Amir Ali, President and CEO of Meezan Bank, and Mr. Nousherwan Adil, Chief Commercial Officer of PIA, in the presence of senior officials from both entities. Key representatives from Meezan Bank included Mr. Ahmed Ali Siddiqui, Mr. Rahil Sayani, and Mr. Abid Malik, while PIA was represented by Mr. S. M. Fahim and Mr. Afesh Akhter.

The partnership allows Meezan Bank Debit Cardholders to book flights on PIA and benefit from exclusive discounts. This initiative is part of a broader effort by both organizations to enhance customer service through strategic alliances. Dr. Syed Amir Ali stated that the collaboration aligns with the bank's focus on providing Shariah-compliant banking solutions and improving customer convenience.
