Meezan Bank Receives ‘Best Company in Financial Category’ Award at MAP’s 39th Corporate Excellence Awards

Karachi: Meezan Bank was awarded the title of ‘Best Company in the Financial Category’ at the 39th Corporate Excellence Awards, held by the Management Association of Pakistan (MAP) at the Marriott Hotel in Karachi. This marks the third consecutive year that Meezan Bank has received this recognition, underscoring its commitment to advancing Islamic banking in Pakistan.

According to Meezan Bank Limited, the award was presented to Syed Amir Ali, Deputy CEO of Meezan Bank, by Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah, the event’s chief guest. The ceremony gathered notable figures, including Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Faisal Karim Kundi, MAP President Senator Sarmad Ali, and other prominent dignitaries, regulators, and business leaders from across Pakistan.

In addition to this award, Meezan Bank was recently recognized by the CFA Society of Pakistan as the ‘Best Bank of the Year – Large Size Banks’ for the fifth consecutive year. Other accolades included ‘Best Islamic Bank of the Year,’ ‘Best Digital Banking Services of the Year,’ and runner-up positions for both ‘Best Investor Relations’ and ‘Best Transaction of the Year.’
