Karachi: Former Chairman of the Rice Exporters Association of Pakistan (REAP), Rafiq Suleman, praised the leadership of Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir and Air Chief Marshal Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu during a dinner event honoring spiritual personality Pir Nazim Hussain Shah. Suleman highlighted the military's achievements under their command, particularly in Operation "Buny?n Al-Mars?s," as a significant victory for the nation.

The event, attended by prominent figures including former FPCCI presidents Zubair Tufail and Mian Nasser Hayat Maggo, recognized the contributions of the armed forces. Suleman extended congratulations to General Munir on his promotion to Field Marshal and to Air Chief Marshal Sidhu on the extension of his tenure.

Suleman emphasized the pride the nation feels in the military leadership’s role in strengthening national defense and security. He also acknowledged the services of Pir Nazim Hussain Shah.

Abdul Rahim Janoo added that under General Munir's leadership, Pakistan's military effectively responded to India and excelled in strategic planning, reinforcing national defense. Zubair Tufail attributed the Field Marshal rank to General Munir's exceptional service and leadership, expressing confidence in the country's strengthened position under his guidance.
