These benefits are accessible via the oladoc app for all registered Mobilink Bank customers and their families. The partnership underscores the bank’s commitment to integrating valuable health services with banking, providing substantial medical discounts and free consultations that address the escalating costs of healthcare.
The suite of services available through this partnership includes complimentary Outpatient Department (OPD) consultations and discounts on In-patient Department (IPD) costs, medicines, surgical procedures, and in-clinic appointments. Additionally, customers can access unlimited free video consultations and receive wellness advice from nutritionists, psychologists, dieticians, and fitness trainers. For those without smartphones, oladoc has set up a six-month complimentary value-added service through a dedicated helpline, ensuring that all Mobilink Bank customers can benefit regardless of their technology access.
