Lahore: NSB Bearing (Pvt) Ltd. has secured the lease for a commercial plot designated for a petrol pump and food court in the Central Business District (CBD) Punjab, following a competitive bidding process. The company’s bid of PKR 81 million annually marks a significant development in the expansion and utility of Lahore’s CBD Quaid District.

According to Zameen.Com, the auction attracted considerable attention from leading petroleum companies and business groups, starting with initial bids of PKR 46 million. The site, located on prime CBD Route 47 in the Quaid District, is the only plot in the CBD Quaid District master plan designated for a petrol pump and food court, enhancing its strategic importance.

CBD Punjab CEO Imran Amin commented on the auction’s success, emphasizing the authority’s commitment to infrastructure development that benefits both commercial interests and community needs. He noted that the new facilities would provide essential services to commuters and residents, furthering the district’s goal of fostering economic growth and convenience.

The auction was conducted under the oversight of CBD Punjab Chairman Barrister Syed Azfar Ali Nasir, CEO Imran Amin, COO Brigadier (Retd) Mansoor Janjua, and other senior board members, highlighting the significant interest and strategic planning involved in the development of CBD Punjab.
