Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan (ECAP) has released the latest open market closing exchange rates, reflecting slight changes in currency values against the Pakistani Rupee as of February 23, 2026. The U.S. Dollar, Euro, and British Pound showed minor variations in buying and selling rates, indicating a stable foreign exchange market environment.
According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, the U.S. Dollar was recorded at a buying rate of 280.03 PKR and a selling rate of 280.62 PKR. The Euro was quoted at 330.48 PKR for buying and 333.32 PKR for selling. The British Pound was observed at 378.08 PKR for buying and 381.51 PKR for selling. Other currencies such as the Japanese Yen, UAE Dirham, and Saudi Riyal also maintained relatively stable rates.
These rates, as published by the ECAP, are intended for informational purposes and reflect the ongoing dynamics in the foreign exchange market. The State Bank of Pakistan provided the data source, underscoring the importance of monitoring currency fluctuations for economic assessment.
