Karachi: The Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan (ECAP) reported the closing exchange rates for major currencies against the Pakistani rupee on October 6, 2025. The rates showed stability in the foreign exchange market.

The U.S. dollar was recorded at a buying rate of 281.85 PKR and a selling rate of 282.30 PKR. The euro was exchanged at 329.21 PKR for buying and 332.86 PKR for selling.

The British pound stood at 378.77 PKR for buying and 382.73 PKR for selling. The Japanese yen was noted at a buying rate of 1.85 PKR and a selling rate of 1.91 PKR.

In the Middle Eastern currencies, the United Arab Emirates dirham had a buying rate of 76.76 PKR and a selling rate of 77.50 PKR. The Saudi riyal was marked at 75.02 PKR for buying and 75.65 PKR for selling.
