Lahore: The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has announced an open call for bids to design, construct, operate, and maintain the Regalia 3 residential project, situated within the thriving Central Business District (CBD) Walton area.

According to Zameen.Com, the PCBDDA is looking for firms, investors, and developers to undertake this ambitious project on a 7.11 Kanal plot in the CBD Quaid District. The project’s scope includes design, financing, construction, operation, and maintenance. The authority has set a procurement deadline for proposals by August 21, 2024, with the final submission due by August 22, 2024, at 12:30 PM, followed by the proposal opening at 1:00 PM the same day.
