PCJCCI and Sanascendant Development Group Announce Real Estate Expo 2026 in London

Lahore: The Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCJCCI), in collaboration with Sanascendant Development Group, conducted a briefing session at the PCJCCI Secretariat to introduce the Sanascendant Real Estate Expo 2026. The expo is scheduled to take place from August 28 to 30, 2026, at ExCeL London, United Kingdom. The session gathered real estate developers, builders, housing societies, construction companies, property consultants, brokers, investors, and industry stakeholders to discuss participation opportunities and explore avenues for attracting foreign investment into Pakistan's real estate sector.

According to the Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Nazir Hussain, President of PCJCCI, emphasized the potential of Pakistan's real estate sector as a driver of economic growth and investment. He highlighted the importance of international platforms like the Sanascendant Real Estate Expo 2026 in showcasing Pakistan's investment potential and fostering strategic partnerships with global investors. As Pakistan and China enhance their economic cooperation under the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC), the real estate sector presents opportunities for joint ventures, smart infrastructure development, and sustainable urban expansion.

Sana Fatima, CEO of Sanascendant Development Group, articulated the vision behind the Expo, positioning it as a bridge between Pakistan's real estate sector and the global investment community. She emphasized the role of women in leadership within the industry, underscoring their expertise and vision in driving economic growth and strengthening the sector. The event aims to project a positive image of Pakistan on an international stage, showcasing the talent and capability of Pakistani women.

Salahuddin Hanif, Secretary General of PCJCCI, stressed the importance of international engagement and market access for local businesses.
