According to Pakistan China Joint Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Moazzam Ghurki, President of PCJCCI, highlighted the need for Pakistan to implement robust reforms that focus on market-oriented allocation of data elements and accelerate the development of digital infrastructure similar to China. Fang Yulong, Senior Vice President of PCJCCI, emphasized the importance of establishing a data property rights system, formulating policies for the efficient and compliant circulation and trading of data, and creating systems for revenue distribution and security governance. He also pointed out the necessity for Pakistan to boost research into data security technologies, promote the digital and intelligent transformation of industries, and strengthen international cooperation in the digital economy.

Hamza Khalid, Vice President of PCJCCI, mentioned that China's guidelines for expanding data application scenarios could serve as a framework for Pakistan to generate new growth drivers and industries. The focus, he noted, would be on maximizing the value of data elements and constructing robust digital infrastructure and data resource systems.

Salahuddin Hanif, Secretary General of PCJCCI, called for accelerated efforts to establish a national computing network and data circulation infrastructure in Pakistan, noting that digital technologies are increasingly being utilized across various industries within the country.
