This recognition highlights the group’s commitment to integrating advanced technology and digital solutions in HR practices across the MENA region.

According to Saudia Airlines, the Saudia Group was honored with the “Technology Solution Provider of the Year” award for its innovative use of software, analytics, and advanced tools to enhance HR operations. Meanwhile, Saudia Technic received the “Excellence in HR Digital Transformation” award, recognizing its successful implementation of digital platforms that utilize data analytics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) to improve employee experiences and operational efficiency.
