Jeddah: Saudia, the national airline of Saudi Arabia, has once again achieved the highest on-time performance (OTP) ranking globally, marking its continuous leadership in punctuality and operational excellence.

According to Saudia Airlines, the latest data from the independent aviation tracking site, Cirium, for July 2024, shows Saudia leading with an on-time arrival rate of 88.12% and a departure rate of 88.15%, across 16,503 flights serving over 100 destinations on four continents. His Excellency Engr. Ibrahim Al-Omar, Director General of Saudia Group, emphasized that the high OTP is a result of collaborative efforts within the Saudia Group and its partners in the aviation industry, especially during peak travel periods.

Looking forward, Saudia plans to further enhance its service by adding 103 new aircraft to its fleet, aiming to double its seating capacity and expand its global route network as part of its strategy to support Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
