Six Pakistani Companies Highlight Textile Strength at Texworld NYC 2026

New York: Six Pakistani companies showcased their country's prowess in the textile industry at Texworld NYC 2026, the East Coast's leading textile and apparel sourcing event. The exhibition, held at the Javits Center from July 29 to 31, brought together over 425 international exhibitors across 20 countries, focusing on ethical sourcing, sustainability, and global business opportunities.

According to Messe Frankfurt, this year's event marked the 20th anniversary of Texworld NYC, emphasizing two decades of global textile industry collaboration. The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan facilitated the participation of A1 Infinity, Homtex Corporation, MRI Group, Niza Sports, and Ruqi Sports under the Pakistan Pavilion, while Mahmood Textile Mills Ltd participated independently.

H.E. Rizwan Saeed Sheikh, Ambassador of Pakistan to the United States, along with the Consul General of Pakistan in New York and the Trade & Investment Counsellor, visited the Pakistan Pavilion. They interacted with the exhibitors and acknowledged their efforts in promoting Pakistan's textile capabilities to the international market.

The presence of these companies underscored Pakistan's growing influence in the global textile and apparel sector, reinforcing its status as a reliable sourcing destination known for quality manufacturing and export excellence.
