Islamabad: The Islamabad Police have implemented stringent security measures following instructions from Inspector General of Police Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi, aiming to secure the federal capital effectively.
SSP Operations Capt. (R) Qazi Ali Raza conducted inspections at several checkpoints, including the high-security Red Zone. During his visits, SSP Raza met with officers on duty and assessed the security arrangements in place.
He instructed officers to maintain vigilance and conduct thorough checks on suspicious individuals and vehicles. Any unusual activities are to be reported immediately to the relevant authorities.
SSP Raza also emphasized the importance of officers treating citizens with politeness and respect, aiming to build a stronger trust between the public and the police force.
The SSP reiterated that safeguarding citizens' lives and property remains the primary goal of the Islamabad Police. He urged the public to cooperate with law enforcement and report any suspicious activities to local police stations or via the Pucar-15 emergency helpline.
