State Bank of Pakistan Releases Weighted Average Customer Exchange Rates

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has released the weighted average customer exchange rates for various foreign currencies against the Pakistani Rupee. The rates, which were reported for August 18, 2026, include buying and selling prices for several major currencies.

According to State Bank of Pakistan, the buying and selling rates for the United States Dollar stand at 277.3350 and 277.7601 respectively. The Euro is being bought at 320.9031 and sold at 321.3920. The British Pound shows a buying rate of 375.2574 and a selling rate of 375.8556.

Other notable currencies include the Australian Dollar, with a buying rate of 196.8825 and a selling rate of 197.1893, and the Canadian Dollar, which is being traded at 199.8893 for buying and 200.2021 for selling. The Chinese Yuan stands at 41.1326 for buying and 41.1857 for selling, while the Japanese Yen is being traded at 1.7366 for buying and 1.7392 for selling.

The exchange rates for the Swiss Franc are listed at 341.6215 for buying and 342.1682 for selling. The Saudi Riyal and the UAE Dirham are being traded at buying rates of 73.8714 and 75.5124, and selling rates of 73.9805 and 75.6200, respectively.
