State Bank of Pakistan Updates Overnight Repo and Reverse Repo Facility Data

Karachi: The State Bank of Pakistan has released updated figures for its overnight repo and reverse repo facilities, detailing the amounts and institutions involved as of February 12, 2025. The data provides insights into the central bank's monetary management strategies.

According to a statement by State Bank of Pakistan, the ceiling amount for the overnight repo facility on February 12, 2025, was set at 76,600 with participation from one institution. In contrast, the floor amount for the overnight reverse repo facility was recorded at 245,200, with two institutions involved.
