Stock Indices Decline as KSE100 and KSE30 Drop Significantly

Karachi: The stock market witnessed a notable decline as both the KSE30 and KSE100 indices closed lower on April 30, 2026, with the KSE30 dropping by 1,011.73 points to 49,090.22, and the KSE100 falling by 2,829.70 points to 162,994.17.

According to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the turnover and traded value also saw a decrease. The regular market turnover was recorded at 837,371,894 compared to the previous 1,087,439,274, and the traded value was 36,345,753,046, down from 39,547,720,320. The market capitalization declined to 18,022,784,322,326 from 18,336,030,207,096. The daily fluctuation was observed as the indices reached a high of 49,568.41 for KSE30 and 164,357.47 for KSE100, while the low points were 48,321.78 and 160,391.19, respectively.
