Both indices showed a percentage change of -0.31%, reflecting a modest downturn in the market.
According to Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited, the turnover for regular market transactions slightly decreased to 870,445,856 shares from the previous 877,558,587 shares. The traded value also saw a decline, with the current figure at 57,196,543,346 compared to the previous 58,594,473,354. Market capitalization saw a decrease, with current figures at 21,161,669,385,016 compared to the prior 21,219,246,236,721. Additionally, the Direct Foreign Currency (DFC) turnover and traded value experienced more than a twofold increase, indicating heightened foreign interest despite the market downturn.
