Peshawar: Abdul Karim Tordher, Special Assistant to the Chief Minister of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on Industries, Commerce, and Technical Education, has directed an acceleration in the development of the Shah Mansoor Township in Swabi. This initiative aims to enhance the living standards in the region by introducing comprehensive social, recreational, and educational facilities.

According to Zameen.Com, Tordher emphasized the construction of a detailed master plan during a briefing in Peshawar with the Urban Areas Development Authority of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The plan includes the creation of commercial zones, parks, and educational institutions designed to foster a vibrant community atmosphere. The discussion, which also involved Managing Director Rashid Khan, covered the project’s financial aspects, with Tordher committing to support the funding through various channels.

The development strategy for Shah Mansoor Township also focuses on beautification efforts and the integration of public feedback to better address the needs of future residents. Director Amna Amin provided updates on the project’s current progress, outlining the advancements in different sectors, plans for upcoming facilities, and existing challenges that need attention.

This project is viewed as a pivotal government effort to provide a high-quality urban living environment in Swabi, equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure a well-rounded lifestyle for its residents.
