Karachi: The Trade Development Authority of Pakistan (TDAP) will spearhead the country's participation in the upcoming Automechanika Dubai 2026, scheduled to be held from November 10 to 12 at the Dubai Exhibition Centre. The event is recognized as a key platform for the auto parts and accessories aftermarket and service industry, targeting the Gulf and African markets.
According to Messe Frankfurt, the organizer of the event, Automechanika Dubai 2026 will serve as a strategic entry point for global automotive players into the rapidly expanding markets of the Middle East, Africa, and beyond. The 2025 edition of the exhibition saw participation from over 2,300 exhibitors representing more than 60 countries, with 20 national pavilions and an attendance of over 50,000 visitors. Companies from Pakistan, including Ghauri Tyres & Tubes, Multi Tech Engineering, and others, were among the participants.
Automechanika Dubai will feature various product groups, such as Parts & Components, Electrics & Electronics, Tires & Batteries, Oils & Lubricants, Accessories & Customizing, Diagnostics & Repair Equipment, and Body & Paint. TDAP aims to enhance the export of auto parts and accessories by offering subsidized stalls at the 2026 event. The cost of each stand, after subsidy, is set at PKR 926,000, compared to the direct cost of PKR 2,065,000.
