Zong 4G Expands Digital Access with Nationwide Home Delivery Service

Karachi: Zong 4G, a leading telecommunications service provider in Pakistan, has officially launched its new Online Booking Portal and Home Delivery Service. This initiative aims to enhance accessibility to digital services across Pakistan, emphasizing convenience and affordability to ensure widespread adoption and utilization of technology.

According to Zong Pakistan, the new services are designed to meet the evolving demands of customers, enabling them to order and receive Zong products directly at their homes. The Online Booking Portal facilitates the purchase of various items including new prepaid SIMs with options like 'Book your number' and 'Golden Number' services, data SIMs, MBB devices, SIM conversion (MNP), and SIM replacements.

The launch represents a significant step towards digitalizing customer interactions with Zong and making its services more accessible, especially for those with limited mobility or access to physical stores. Currently, the home delivery service is available in 51 cities across four provinces including major areas such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Peshawar, and Quetta, among others.

Zong aims to extend this service to cover more areas nationwide, enhancing the reach and effectiveness of its digital service offerings and supporting the broader goal of digital inclusivity in Pakistan.
