Zong Partners with DCode to Launch Affordable 4G Bundle with Cygnal 4 Lite

Karachi: Zong has introduced an affordable 4G device-data bundle in collaboration with DCode, aimed at making high-speed internet more accessible across Pakistan. The new offer, which includes the Cygnal 4 Lite device and a six-month data package, is intended to bridge the digital divide by providing greater connectivity for business, education, and healthcare services, enhancing participation in the digital economy.

According to Zong Pakistan, the Cygnal 4 Lite device is available at Zong Customer Service Centers in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, and Rawalpindi for Rs. 21,999. The device bundle includes 12 GB of free data over six months, allowing uninterrupted access to Zong’s 4G network. The Cygnal 4 Lite, equipped with a 6.6” HD display, 8 GB RAM, 64 GB ROM (expandable up to 256 GB), and a 5000 mAh battery with Type-C support, promises an optimized 4G experience with robust performance features.

Mr. Sajid Munir, Director of Marketing at Zong, emphasized that both accessibility and affordability are essential for effective digital inclusion. “Connectivity must reach every corner of the country, but accessibility alone isn’t enough—affordability is equally crucial for meaningful adoption,” Munir said. “Our network expansion efforts will be in vain if barriers to entry are not addressed. This offer is a step towards breaking down those barriers.”

Following the successful launch of the Cygnal 3 Lite in July, the Cygnal 4 Lite aligns with Zong’s broader strategy to introduce affordable 4G devices over the coming year, reflecting the company’s ongoing commitment to innovation and responsiveness to customer needs.
