Karachi: Daraz has announced the commencement of applications for its 2025 Daraz Future Leaders Programme (DFLP), aimed at cultivating top emerging talent across Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. The initiative seeks to reinforce the company's dedication to developing local talent and enhancing the e-commerce ecosystem in the region.

The Programme, a 15-month rotational training set to begin in July 2025, offers selected participants hands-on experience through structured rotations in key business functions. Under the mentorship of senior leadership, trainees will interact with local and group-level strategists, gaining insight into various departments.

Open to recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds and analytical skills, DFLP 2025 invites applications from individuals demonstrating teamwork, leadership potential, and effective communication. The application window opens on April 21 and closes after 14 days, with submissions accepted online via the Daraz Career page.

The selection process will identify top graduates from regional universities to join the Programme, providing them with essential skills, mentorship, and practical experience for thriving in a dynamic, tech-driven environment. Upon completion, participants will be recognized with a competitive package and opportunities for key roles within Daraz, supporting long-term career growth.

Former participant Soha Shaikh from Pakistan described DFLP as a pivotal career moment, offering real project experiences, mentorship, and collaboration across functions, which bolstered her understanding of the technology industry and confidence to grow professionally.

Daraz's investment in young professionals through DFLP underscores its commitment to digital transformation in South Asia, aiming to empower future talent to drive innovation and contribute to the region's digital economy.
