Islamabad: Daraz has announced the launch of its 2025 Daraz Future Leaders Programme (DFLP), targeting emerging talent in Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and Nepal. The initiative is designed to develop high-potential individuals through a 15-month rotational program, commencing in July 2025, that provides hands-on experience across key business areas.
The programme welcomes recent graduates with strong academic backgrounds and analytical skills. Applicants are required to demonstrate teamwork, leadership potential, effective communication, and adaptability. The application window opens on April 21 and will remain open for 14 days, with submissions accepted through the Daraz Career page.
Participants in the DFLP will engage with senior leadership and strategists, gaining exposure to various departments. The program aims to equip them with necessary skills and mentorship to excel within a tech-driven environment. Daraz promises a competitive package for successful participants, offering opportunities for long-term career growth.
Reflecting on her experience, Soha Shaikh, a former DFLP participant, mentioned that the programme was pivotal in her career, providing real-world project experience and mentorship.
