Islamabad, 16 Oct 2023: In a bid to further the reach of digital payments in Pakistan's e-commerce sector, Daraz, the nation's foremost e-commerce platform, has announced a strategic alliance with Meezan Bank, a trailblazer in Islamic banking. This collaboration aims to bolster the use of digital payments among their shared customer bases, targeting both e-commerce purchases and payment methods.

As a primary feature of this partnership, Meezan Bank's payment gateway will be incorporated into Daraz's platform. This integration is set to offer customers a streamlined payment process when making purchases using their bank cards. Additionally, both entities plan to roll out promotional campaigns to urge customers to choose Meezan Bank cards for their transactions on Daraz. The campaigns will highlight the advantages of opting for digital payments in the e-commerce sphere.
