Bahawalpur, The Defence Housing Authority Bahawalpur (DHA-BWP) has initiated a new construction incentive program to encourage investment and accelerate development in its sectors.

According to Zameen.Com, the Construction Incentive initiative, which will run from May 1, 2024, to April 30, 2025, provides a substantial financial incentive by offering a 100% waiver on Development Charges and Construction Affiliated Charges for properties in sectors A, B, and C. This move is part of DHA-BWP's ongoing efforts to promote Bahawalpur as a key area for real estate development and urban transformation.

The program aims to attract investors by reducing the cost associated with building in these sectors, potentially leading to increased construction activity and further development of the area's infrastructure.
