Islamabad, The Defence Housing Authority Islamabad-Rawalpindi (DHAI-R) has launched a limited offering of commercial and residential plots across multiple sectors. Interested buyers have the option of making lump sum payments or availing of a 1.5-year quarterly installment plan. The application process is open until July 20, 2024, with plot allotments to be decided through a computerized ballot at a later date.
According to Zameen.Com, The residential plots, measuring 10 marlas, are located in Sector A of Phase IV, with possession expected by January 2025. On the commercial side, ready-for-possession plots are available in several strategic locations, including Amaltas Road in Phase 1 and the DHA Business Square in Phase V. Sizes and building permissions vary, with options ranging from 5.33 marla plots suitable for structures of up to three stories to 8-marla plots designated for buildings up to five stories high.
Eligibility for the plot applications extends to all CNIC holders, with no restrictions on the number of applications per individual. Interested parties can download application forms and make their payments online through a variety of banking channels, including specific provisions for Roshan Digital Account holders and traditional banking customers.
