Karachi, In a significant move to support Gaza relief efforts, foodpanda, a leading Pakistani delivery service, has vowed to donate PKR 10,000 for each run scored by Islamabad United in their Pakistan Super League (PSL) match against Quetta Gladiators. This initiative is part of foodpanda's broader partnership with the World Food Program (WFP), aiming to provide critical aid to the Gaza region.

According to Foodpanda, the commitment aligns with a PSL fixture set for March 15, 2024, showcasing foodpanda's dedication to leveraging popular events for philanthropic causes. The company has previously integrated a feature in its application that facilitates user donations to Gaza, reflecting its long-standing collaboration with the WFP. Muntaqa Peracha, CEO of foodpanda Pakistan, emphasized the company's solidarity with Gaza and expressed hope that the cricket community's engagement would yield substantial support for the initiative.
