Islamabad: The latest figures released by the Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan show slight fluctuations in the buying and selling rates of major currencies including the USD, Euro, and GBP in the interbank and open markets.

According to Exchange Companies Association of Pakistan, on 20 August 2024, the USD was traded at 279.39 buying and 280.20 selling, while the Euro was at 307.55 buying and 309.65 selling. The GBP rates were 360.73 for buying and 362.90 for selling. By the following day, 21 August, there were minor adjustments with the USD buying rate slightly decreasing to 279.05 and the selling rate to 280.00. Similarly, the Euro increased to 308.21 buying and 310.50 selling, and the GBP to 361.20 buying and 363.87 selling.
