The collaboration signals a strategic move by HBL MfB, aligning with MCC's global strategy of inclusive gender equality and establishing respectful and inclusive workplaces, where influential men actively participate in advancing gender equality.
HBL MfB highlighted that MCC Pakistan, instituted in 2018, operates under the Champions of Change Coalition, renowned for its innovative strategy in pushing for gender equality and constructing inclusive work environments on a global scale. The coalition strategically involves men in positions of power and influence to further gender equality, indicating an institutional approach towards inclusivity and equality in the professional realm.
