Investors preferred to book profits today as volatility continued throughout the day due to lack of positive triggers and rising political temperature. Index closed at the 43,032 level, shedding 305 points DoD. A total of 208mn shares were traded where WTL (-2.2%), HASCOL (-1.2%), PIAA (-7.1%), TELE (1.1%) and HUBC (-7.5%) were major contributors. Going forward, we recommend investors to adopt buy-on-dips strategy in the Banking, E and P and Textile sectors.
