PSX witnessed a dull trading session today as investors chose to stay on the side-lines amid rising Covid cases in the country. Traded volume stood at 166mn shares with WTL (-4.0%), TRG (-7.5%), CNERGY (-2.9%), ACIETF (0.5%) and TELE (-2.8%) being the highest contributors. Major Index laggards were TRG, HBL, NRL, OGDC and BAFL. Going forward, we recommend investors to avail any downside as an opportunity to buy in Technology, Fertilizer, Oil and Gas Exploration and cyclical sector stocks.
