Karachi, October 14, 2021 (PPI-OT): View from the desk

The KSE100 index made a remarkable recovery today as investors cherry-picked on attractive valuations across the board. WTL (18%), UNITY (7.5%), TELE (7.5%), TREET (7.5%) and HASCOL (0.6%) contributed significantly towards total traded volume of 389mn shares. Healthy activity after long was witnessed in blue chip stocks. Looking ahead, the market needs to sustain its bullish momentum this week. Investors are advised to buy mainly blue-chip stocks on major dips across the board.
