KE Sets Up Facilitation Camps in Karachi to Aid Customers During Ramadan

Karachi, In an effort to improve customer service during Ramadan, K-Electric (KE) established 40 facilitation camps throughout Karachi. The initiative reached out to over 3,000 individuals, assisting them with bill payments, new connection applications, and meter-related issues.

According to K-Electric, the camps were set up in multiple locations including Tipu Sultan, Orangi Town, Korangi, Landhi, Clifton, Surjani Town, Gulistan-e-Johar, New Karachi, Malir, Saddar, Nazimabad, Shah Faisal Colony, North Nazimabad, FB Area, Gadap, Liaquatabad, North Karachi, and Bin Qasim. These camps were designed to expedite bill payments and address any customer concerns directly, thereby improving the overall service experience.

A spokesperson from KE urged the community and its leaders to cooperate in ensuring the timely payment of electricity bills to enhance the power supply in the region. The facilitation camps signify KE’s ongoing commitment to customer service, positioning the company as a leader in consumer support among Pakistani power utilities.

KE encourages customers to use various platforms for service and support, including a call center, SMS, mobile app, social media, and a WhatsApp self-service portal, ensuring round-the-clock assistance.
