KP-EZDMC Oversees Construction of 350 New Industrial Units in Economic Zones

Peshawar, The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Economic Zones Development and Management Company (KP-EZDMC) has 350 more industrial units currently under construction, contributing to significant industrial growth in the region.

According to Zameen.Com, Chief Executive Officer KP-EZDMC Javed Iqbal Khattak announced that these newly established factories in the economic zones have created employment opportunities for thousands of people, with 350 additional industrial units under construction. Work on the Daraban Economic Zone, Buner Marble City, and Karak Salt and Gypsum City is also set to commence this year. Over the past four years, KP-EZDMC has significantly advanced the province’s industrial sector by establishing 500 new industrial units with an investment of PKR 450 billion, generating thousands of jobs.

Under Khattak’s leadership, nine industrial zones have been established. The company has generated PKR 10 billion, spending PKR 7 billion on development and securing PKR 3 billion as profitable capital. KP-EZDMC’s efforts have set the province on a robust path toward industrialization and economic growth.
