Karachi: The Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE-100) index experienced a decline, losing 85 points day-over-day and closing at 77,746. The trading volume decreased from the previous session, recording a total of 381 million shares compared to 472 million shares.
According to JS Global, the KSE-100 index is currently trading below its 50-day moving average, which could limit any upward movement to the 78,010 mark. Additionally, the 30-day moving average stands at 78,816. If the index falls below the recent low of 77,460, it may further decline towards 76,943. Indicators such as the Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Stochastic Oscillator are also trending downward, suggesting that traders should remain cautious.
