Pakistani Exhibitors to Highlight Textile Expertise at Intertextile Shanghai 2026

Shanghai: Pakistan is set to make a significant presence at the Intertextile Shanghai Apparel Fabrics & Yarn Expo Autumn 2026, with eight exhibitors poised to display the country's textile proficiency. Scheduled for August 25-27, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, the event is recognized as Asia's preeminent textile sourcing platform. It will gather global suppliers, manufacturers, buyers, and sourcing professionals to explore advancements in apparel fabrics, yarns, fibers, accessories, and sustainable solutions.

According to Messe Frankfurt, a notable feature of this year's edition is the Econogy Hub, which will present next-generation natural, bio-based, and recycled textile solutions aimed at promoting sustainability within the industry. The 2026 edition will also emphasize performance textiles, sustainability, and digital transformation, in response to shifting priorities within the global apparel industry.

The previous edition in 2025 attracted over 3,700 exhibitors from 26 countries and more than 100,000 buyers from 123 countries, while Yarn Expo Autumn drew nearly 580 exhibitors from 16 countries and over 22,000 visitors. This year, Pakistani exhibitors such as Azgard Nine, Kohinoor Mills, Mahmood Textile Mills, and Diamond Denim by Sapphire will showcase premium apparel fabrics, underscoring Pakistan's textile manufacturing capabilities.

In addition, Yarn Expo Autumn 2026 will feature Pakistani companies like Abtex International, Ihsan Cotton Products, NV Tex Sourcing, and Xiamen Naseem Trade Co., which will present high-quality yarn products, highlighting Pakistan's growing influence in the global textile sector. Pakistani exhibitors are keen to exhibit their latest collections, engage with international buyers, and explore new export opportunities at this prominent global trade event.
