Lahore, The Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) has set a deadline for the payment of the first installment for residential plots in the Chahar Bagh Enclave, requiring plot owners to complete their payments by May 1, 2024. The authority also announced a grace period until May 7, allowing plot owners to make payments without incurring late fees.

According to Zameen.Com, RUDA first opened plot bookings for the Chahar Bagh Enclave on November 19, 2023, and has been actively updating the public on the progress of the development project through its official Facebook page. A recent post from April 22 included a video update, highlighting substantial progress in infrastructure development within the enclave. The update detailed that the sub-base and base courses of the project are 58% complete, while drainage systems are fully installed at 100% completion. Sewerage systems are nearly finished at 94%, and the construction of the project's boundary is 92% complete.

This announcement comes as part of RUDA’s broader efforts to develop the Chahar Bagh Enclave into a modern residential area, emphasizing the importance of timely payments to maintain progress and funding for ongoing construction activities.
