Ejaz Ahmed Sheikh Steps In as Acting President of KATI

Karachi: The Korangi Association of Trade and Industry (KATI) has appointed Ejaz Ahmed Sheikh, the organization's Senior Vice President, as the Acting President in the absence of President Junaid Naqi. Naqi will be unavailable from February 28 to March 16, 2025, due to personal commitments. During this period, Sheikh will assume the acting leadership role.

According to a statement by Korangi Association of Trade and Industry, Ejaz Ahmed Sheikh is a notable figure in the leather industry, having previously held a position as an office bearer of the Leather Association. He is recognized within the business community for his significant contributions to the sector.

In his new role, Sheikh has expressed a commitment to addressing the concerns of KATI's industrialists and members. He emphasized the importance of ensuring continuous efforts to support and develop the association's initiatives during his tenure as Acting President.
