KSE100 index witnessed a volatile session but managed to close in the green at 40,459, a DoD gain of 71 points. A total of 142mn shares were traded throughout the day where TPLP (-2.0%), WTL (1.6%), CNERGY (-0.4%), UNITY (-2.5%) and PRL (0.1%) were the major contributors. Going forward, we recommend investors to stay cautious and avail the current downside as a buying opportunity in blue chip stocks.
