Islamabad: Mobilink Bank announced the launch of Pakistan’s first industry-specific incubation program for women entrepreneurs, under its Women Inspirational Network (WIN) initiative, aiming to empower 25 women with essential business skills and financial support.

According to Mobilink Bank, the WIN Incubator program is designed to provide comprehensive training in ideation, planning, business management, financial literacy, and marketing. Participants will have the opportunity to access a professional network and secure Bint-e-Hawwa loans, with the most promising startups competing for a PKR 4 million investment to realize their business ideas.

Haaris Mahmood Chaudhary, Interim CEO of Mobilink Bank, emphasized the program’s role in transforming the entrepreneurial landscape for women in Pakistan by offering necessary tools and resources to help them establish successful businesses. The initiative not only supports individual entrepreneurs but also contributes to broader economic development by integrating women into the mainstream economy.

The WIN program also includes a suite of financial solutions tailored to the specific needs of women entrepreneurs, coupled with skills development.
