Karachi: Unilever Pakistan has launched an ambitious strategy, ‘Sustainability Accelerated’, to drive sustainability efforts focused on climate action, plastics circularity, nature regeneration, and enhancing livelihoods. This new approach is part of the company’s long-standing commitment to sustainability, which has significantly strengthened its resilience over the past two decades.

According to Unilever Pakistan Limited, the new strategy marks the third era of the company’s sustainability journey, where business growth is increasingly linked to responsible environmental and social practices. The launch event at the Unilever Pakistan Head Office brought together stakeholders, government officials, and industry leaders to explore the company’s renewed sustainability strategy.

Amir Paracha, CEO of Unilever Pakistan, emphasized the company’s dedication to using business as a force for good. Barrister Murtaza Wahab, Mayor of Karachi, delivered the keynote address, highlighting the importance of prioritizing sustainability as Pakistan’s cities continue to grow.
